CLM “Little Angels” began in 2004.  The most malnourished children in Haiti were the toddlers, too small to come to school.  CLM has 4 workers who go to the babies at home to give them food and vitamins.  This has resulted in stronger, healthier children.  We don’t see malnourished children in this neighborhood any more.  We don’t see the misery we prevented.  

 

This past year we took in 27 refugee children from an orphanage that flooded up over the roof in Gonaives.  The children asked to stay here with us and we want to keep them.  There are many more orphans in Gonaives who need to come here.
